We collect only information needed to respond to manuscript submissions, prepare and fulfil book orders, provide customer support, and protect our services from misuse. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, manuscript file, order details, and payment evidence.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when necessary with service providers involved in hosting, email, payment confirmation, or delivery, or when disclosure is required by law.
Data Handling
Personal information and uploaded files are protected through access controls, file validation, restricted storage, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free, so please do not submit information that is not required for your request.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for submissions, orders, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate business records.
Manuscripts and editorial material
Submitting a manuscript does not transfer copyright or guarantee publication. Manuscripts are used for editorial review and related communication. Please submit only material you are authorized to share and avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Terms of Use
You may use this website for lawful personal, purchasing, and submission purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, impersonate another person, or submit material that infringes another party’s rights.
Book descriptions, availability, prices, and publication information may be corrected or updated. An order is not final until availability, shipping cost, payment, and acceptance have been confirmed by us.
Shipping
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges, courier details, and estimated delivery times will be communicated before an order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the courier, destination, holidays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem or if a parcel arrives damaged.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or materially defective item, contact us promptly with the order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
